1. Refund Policy
- Consumers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their enrollment within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws.
- Refunds requested after the 14-day period will not be processed under any circumstances.
- To request a refund, please email refunds@iirw.in with your purchase details, including your order confirmation number and the reason for the refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the request is approved.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Participants may cancel their enrollment in the course at any time by contacting our support team at support@iirw.in.
- Cancellation of enrollment does not automatically result in a refund if the request falls outside the 14-day refund window.
3. Community Access
- Access to the IIRW Skool community is a privilege. Participants may be removed from the community for:
- Violating community guidelines or the terms of service.
- Engaging in disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior.
- Sharing or attempting to share unauthorized course materials.
- If removed from the community, participants will retain access to the live weekly lessons in recorded format for the remainder of the course period.
4. Intellectual Property and Legal Compliance
- Any participant found infringing on the course’s intellectual property, sharing course materials without authorization, or violating local laws will lose all access to the course materials, including recorded lessons, without a refund.
- Intellectual property infringement includes but is not limited to:
- Sharing videos, PDFs, or other course materials publicly.
- Reselling or redistributing course content.
- Claiming course content as one’s own.
